The WVU Black Faculty Association approached WVU Web Services and wanted to update the look of their site. Finding inspiration in many of Mozilla's sites, this site uses a background texture and subtle shadows to create a polished look. Additionally, it is one of the few WVU sites to validate with XHTML Strict.
